These items shipped secured in place with bubble wrap in a box. I believe they actually both have the same version of the movie and even the same special features, but they are a different cover. The black one says Special Collector's Edition on the front AND has the RARE merchandise insert but the other one says Special Collector's Edition on the back and they both have 1 hour and 48 minutes of footage total. They both have some minor issues, but the only major issues I'd say is some big indent lines on the back of the MGM Movie Time version. Weight: 15.6oz.
